At Oeuf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
