How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my Oeuf items?
To preserve the quality of our natural fibers, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and laying flat to dry. Alpaca items should be hand washed or dry cleaned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific delivery address.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
